Yoga with Elva Ku
Experience the transformative power of yoga with our certified instructor-led classes. We offer two distinct styles to cater to different needs and stages of life: Vinyasa Flow yoga which emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath; and prenatal yoga which is specifically designed for pregnant women and combines gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help prepare the body and mind for childbirth.
