This class offers a unique opportunity for individuals to explore the beauty, grace, and cultural richness of traditional Chinese dance. The focus of the class is on developing a solid foundation in technique, enhancing body alignment, cultivating gracefulness, and refining expressive movements. Adult students will learn and practice fundamental dance techniques such as posture, arm positions, footwork, turns, and jumps.

Yoga with Elva Ku
Experience the transformative power of yoga with our certified instructor-led classes. We offer two distinct styles to cater to different needs and stages of life: Vinyasa Flow yoga which emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath; and prenatal yoga which is specifically designed for pregnant women and combines gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help prepare the body and mind for childbirth.
