Students learn rhythm, coordination, spatial awareness, balance, and basic ballet positions and movements. They are introduced to using ballet barres for some movements.
Ballet II

Students are taught elementary techniques in simple combinations, with an increased emphasis on understanding terminology.
Ballet III

2-3 years experience required

Tuition: $110/month
Students will learn an expanded range of technical skills in exercises of moderate complexity. There is an increased emphasis on placement, strengthening of the core muscles, ankles and feet in preparation for pointe work.
Intermediate Ballet

Wednesday* (B) 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

*Wednesday's class is a combination of ballet technique and beginning pointe. Registering for the Wednesday class is contingent upon registering for the Saturday class.

Students progress from learning elementary combinations to more complex movement sequences. We continue helping each of the students to master not only the technique but also the artistry and discipline necessary to become an advanced ballet dancer.
Advanced Ballet

This class is designed for experienced dancers who have a strong technical foundation and a thorough understanding of ballet principles. It offers a challenging and comprehensive training environment that pushes dancers to further develop their skills, artistry, and performance abilities. It focuses on refining and perfecting ballet technique, expanding movement vocabulary, and deepening the understanding of ballet principles.
Ballet + Pointe
Taught in: English + Chinese
4+ years experience required

This advanced class continues technical and artistic training, as well as introducing and expanding elements of pointe work. Students MUST be enrolled in Intermediate or Advanced Ballet to enroll in this class.
