Heels & Jazz

A fierce jazz class wearing high-heeled shoes! This style combines elements of jazz technique with the added challenge and flair of dancing in heels. This class often emphasizes sharp and stylized movements, incorporating elements of jazz, funk, and commercial dance styles.

Jazz Funk

Stretch & Fitness – Energize your body with exercises to enhance both flexibility and strength.

 

Jazz Funk – Get moving with this upbeat mix of jazz and hip hop for a fun-filled workout.

K-Pop

K-pop dance is a dynamic and captivating style known for its energetic choreography, syncopated moves, and stylish performances. It fuses various music genres, including pop, hip-hop, electronic, and rock, accompanied by creative dance routines. K-pop is famous for its versatile performers, fashion, and visually stunning shows. Its choreography showcases intricate patterns and engaging movements, creating an electrifying and entertaining musical experience.

Yoga with Elva Ku

Experience the transformative power of yoga with our certified instructor-led classes. We offer two distinct styles to cater to different needs and stages of life:  Vinyasa Flow yoga which emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath; and prenatal yoga which is specifically designed for pregnant women and combines gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help prepare the body and mind for childbirth.
